"I was on a quick hunt for car insurance and went online to get some quotes. I received a message from Jessica to let me know she was getting a quote ready for me, then another one not even 10 minutes later saying it was ready and she emailed me. She never called me repeatedly which I greatly appreciate, she never blew up my text messages. The quote she got me was much lower than any other company who would call my phone 5 or 6 times in a row every 30 minutes. I sent her a message asking how I'd get in touch with her but the office had literally just closed so she didn't get it until this morning. She called me and when I didn't answer she sent me a text letting me know it was her. On our phone call, she was incredibly polite and professional. She was very thorough in explaining and going over every detail and didn't make a fuss when I asked her to leave something out or add this in like most companies do. She never pressured me into purchasing a policy with her, she laid it all out and let me decide what I wanted to do and at that moment I knew I had the right agent. Well, really I knew it when she didn't atrociously blow my phone up the day before just to sell something. I am very happy with her and the new policy I have."

She also took the time to investigate another policy that I needed to make sure the coverage was accurate and called me back with the results within an hour.
